Our experienced team of attorneys specializes in litigation (criminal and civil, children’s court applications, and divorces), conveyancing, and the administration of deceased estates. We have two conveyancers and notaries, as well as experienced paralegals to assist with these matters.
Nico van Zyl, the founder of the firm Nico van Zyl incorporated in 2002, was an attorney in Johannesburg for 10 years and in Port Shepstone for 18 years in partnerships before establishing the firm. In 2008 Niel Retief became a director and the name of the firm was changed to Van Zyl Retief incorporated. Christo van Vuuren became a director in December 2020.
