Conveyancing is the legal term for the process whereby a person, company, close corporation or trust becomes the registered and legal owner of immovable property and ensures that this ownership cannot be challenged. We will immediately write to all parties involved and confirm the basic conditions of the agreement. In this initial letter we will confirm the normal procedures to effect the registration of the transfer.
