An antenuptial contract is one of the most important contracts that a person will enter into during his / her lifetime. It regulates, in terms of South African law, whether a marriage will be one in community of property or out of community of property.
This agreement must be signed in the presence of a notary. Our firm has two notaries to assist with the registration of this agreement.
Other notarial deeds which are executed before a notary and registered in the Deeds Office are servitudes, long term leases and notarial bonds over movable property.
