A Deed of Trust is an agreement between a donor and trustees to benefit third parties(i.e. children, grandchildren,handicapped persons,etc.) After a thorough consultation to explain the operation of a trust and the implications to the various parties we prepare the deed of trust and register it with the Master of the High Court.
